Most designers: design → pass the design to the engineer → done But in reality? The developers might have missed some minor details. So, you, the designer, are responsible for ensuring the quality. You should test the code while the engineers are building the design.

For smaller teams, it would work; for larger teams, there’s probably a lot of red tape.
