Lately I'm doing Usability Heuristic method for one of my website revamp projects. I see there is some things to improve on my end to do it better on the next projects. But I Have some question just to get your perspective about it:
1. How to prevent bias when doing the methods? even when we do it collaboratively?
2. How to communicate findings & our thinking behind it through text in a good way? (On a Miro sticky notes haha)
3. Any tips from you how to do the Audit in better and efficient way?
