It’s how I think about my job.
Is this worth my energy if I only have one month left?
I feel this weird sensation when I’m about to quit my job. Take an example from my previous job. Two months before my last day, I prioritize my work to focus on what matters. I ignore most of the trivial items.
Turned out that there’s a name for this: Bushido.
Bushido is a moral code in Samurai. To keep death in mind. If a warrior keeps death in mind and lives every day as if it were his last day. This will force the warrior to conduct all the best actions possible. Product practitioners can adopt this way of living too.
Prompt: If you quit next month, do you feel you’ve made enough impact? Is what you currently work on matter enough for you?
Perhaps this thought experiment can help you plan for a change. You should start doing something differently. But remember, don’t expect to see an instant result.

In the spirit of chivalry (european bushido) I would add: do I bring value to my army as i would like.
Great mentality, perhaps there is a special personal one of yours called "Budi-shido" ;)
