Recently, I’ve been trying a new routine. I wake up at 4 a.m. and do deep work for 6 hours straight. I use Pomodoro for 1 hour to focus and 10 minutes of break.

I wake up at 4 a.m. and do deep work for 6 hours straight. I use Pomodoro for 1 hour to focus and 10 minutes of break.
It’s been amazing. I can stop working after lunch. My brain no longer thinks about work, and I can start my other activities (going to the gym, etc).
