How I manage my to-dos
Every week, I create a weekly goal. I write it in a bullet list. I aim to have 3 important goals. Then, I write down my tasks to accomplish those goals. Pretty straightforward.
I time block on my calendar to answer one question: When? That’s the question. When will I do this task? During the week, I will add more tasks as I discover new things.
Every morning I build my Today list, I prioritize 3 tasks per day. This will be my focus. I will do anything to finish them. When I have more time, I will go to my backlog and see if there's anything else.
That's it.
